Founded in 2015, Matter–Mind Studio is a New York City-based collective of Transdisciplinary designers, researchers and artists.
Lillian S. Tong | Partner,
Co-Founder
Lillian is a hybrid strategist and service designer. She creates poetic rituals that support self-inquiry, inspire meaningful connection and foster organizational change.
Lillian holds an M.F.A. degree in Transdisciplinary Design at Parsons, the New School for Design. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.

Myriam D. Diatta | Partner,
Co-Founder
Myriam is an intensive, soft research practitioner whose thinking, decisions, and making are all about addressing power. She specializes in one-to-one and other small scale research settings.
These days, Myriam is also a Ph.D. candidate at Monash University, Melbourne.
Myriam is based between Torino and New York City.

Colleen Doyle | Partner,
Co-Founder
Colleen received her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. Documentary filmmaking allowed her to explore social matters in depth. She decided to contend with issues of waste and want in the Transdisciplinary Design program at Parsons. Since 2015, Colleen has engaged in projects aimed at rearranging human relationships to the object world.
